Mike called and stated the time he would be arriving. This was within 16 hours from the time of our first call. This was great turnaround for an AC repair in July. I talked to another tech from a different company and he stated there could be a 2 weeks delay before he could address our problem. Mike was very polite and knowledgeable. He knew what to do to correct the air circulation problem within one part of our house. GREAT job!

Our 20 year old furnace quit working on a Friday and Mike had a new furnace installed by 5pm the following day, Mike was very professional as well as concerned for our well being, He explained everything upfront before ever diagnosing our heating problem: cost for service call, what the possible issue night be, to a worst case scenario of a total replacement if needed with cost estimates, Mike and his assistant Mike were extremely courteous, informative, and respectful of our home and of our inconvenience during the time of replacement I would highly recommend Unique Air for any heating issues you may have.

If your a/c or heater is giving you trouble, definitely give Unique Air Heating & Cooling a call! My heater suddenly stopped working correctly a few weeks ago, so I gave them a call in the morning. Brad was able to come out later that same afternoon to check it out. He was professional and friendly, taking the time to explain what he was doing. Though he tried several things to fix it, the heater’s issues were serious and it was going to need new parts. Brad contacted Mike to see what could be done. Mike was so knowledgeable and kind. He went above and beyond to help me get the parts under warranty. After the new parts were put in, the heater was still giving me trouble, so both Brad and Mike came back out and continued to work on it at no extra charge.

A month has passed and my heater has been working better than ever! Especially with the really cold temperatures these last few days, I am so thankful to Brad and Mike for all their hard work and dedication to fixing my heater. They were punctual, professional, and their pricing was very reasonable for everything that they did. I’ll be calling Unique Air Heating & Cooling for all of my a/c maintenance and repair needs from now on!

Brad is the man. I had a commercial hanging heater that stopped igniting in my warehouse. He came in and within 30 minutes identified the part that needed replacing. We are so grateful for Unique Air! They came out the same day and got our very old furnace working so we could have heat during the first cold spell of the season. We will be using them again soon when we upgrade to a new furnace!
